Sarah Anne Rennick

Sarah Anne Rennick is a Deputy Director for Management at ARI. She holds a dual PhD in political science from Lund University (Sweden) and l’Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (France).

Her research focuses on Arab social movements, and in particular youth and revolutionary movements, as well as conflict resolution and peacebuilding strategies in the region. Prior to working at ARI, she conducted research with the Regional Centre on Conflict Prevention (Jordan) within the European Commission’s 7th Framework Programme (FP7) project Just and Durable Peace by Piece, and also worked for three years in microfinance development in Morocco and Palestine.
